BOYNECLARKE's Commercial Real Estate Law Team provides a full range of services involving the purchase, sale, and financing of commercial properties, leasing, real property development, contracts, construction financing, land use, and zoning matters.

We work with the Corporate & Commercial Team in matters involving Acquisitions, Financing, and Taxation. We utilize the BOYNECLARKE “family approach” which integrates specialized knowledge from other practice areas within the firm to provide comprehensive in-house counsel to our clients.   • Advise/provide legal services regarding multi-unit properties, warehouses, plants, strip malls, shopping centres, and sporting facilities
