Administrative Law
The members of our Administrative Law Team regularly attend before regulatory and professional boards and tribunals. We utilize first-hand experience effectively in providing a broad range of services in the general area of administrative law. Members of the Administrative Law Team have appeared before numerous regulatory tribunals including:
- Liquor Licensing Board
- Utility Review Board
- Unemployment Insurance Commission
- Municipal development appeal boards
- Residential Tenancies Board
- Administrative and Professional/Disciplinary Boards within the Health Industry
The Team is knowledgeable with respect to the various provincial and federal regulatory processes that impact commercial endeavours in Nova Scotia. We provide advice and representation in dealing with a multitude of departments, commissions, boards and tribunals at the municipal, provincial and federal levels.
Members of the Team also provide specialized services in the areas of Health Law, Environmental Law and Municipal Law.
