Our clients include MedMira, a publicly traded biotech company, to Nova Scotia School of Art and Design (NSCAD) students. We assisted MedMira with the licensing and investment deals.

One of the firm’s clients is the premiere funder of knowledge-based industries in Atlantic Canada, and has traditionally provided 90 per cent of the interim financing loans for the film and television industry.
