Don practices Corporate/Commercial Law, as well as Residential Real Estate. Don focuses on incorporations, reorganizations, bankruptcies and insolvencies, as well as commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Don has assisted clients with acquisition and operating financings. commercial leases, drafting loan and security documents for particular lending programs, and other corporate and commercial matters. He has also been involved with liquidations, security enforcement, and the purchase and sale of distressed assets of businesses.

Don gives his time to a number of charities and community initiatives. He is a Board Member of the Nova Scotia Gambia Association. Don also volunteers with Day Trippers, an organization whose goal is to ensure every student, regardless of economic background, has the opportunity to experience a class trip and he sits on the organizing committee for The Gallivan Cystic Fibrosis Charity Golf Tournament.
