Sean, born in Montreal, Quebec, received his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from St. Francis Xavier University in 1988. He then received his LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 1991. Sean was admitted to the Nova Scotia Bar in 1992.

Sean is a Partner and practices in the area of Personal Injury Law.

Sean has been and continues to be very active in continuing education,Barristers Society matters, other professional activities and community activities.
