In 2006, Tracy received her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biology from St. Francis Xavier University. Prior to law school, Tracy took part in a 9-month CIDA/CUSO internship with the Judicial Service of Ghana, in Accra, Ghana, where she researched the impact of recent judicial reforms in the region. Her research was compiled into a monograph entitled Judicial Reform and its Impact on the Administration of Justice, published by The Judicial Service of Ghana in collaboration with CUSO and the National Judicial Institute. Tracy then went on to receive her L.L.B. from Dalhousie University Schulich School of Law in 2010. While at Dalhousie, she completed a term of study at the National University of Singapore. Tracy completed her Articles with BOYNECLARKE LLP and was admitted to the Nova Scotia Bar in June of 2011.
As an associate with BOYNECLARKE, Tracy practices in the areas of Civil Litigation, Business Litigation, Mortgage Enforcement and Collections.
