Born in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, Bob received his B.A. from Dalhousie University in 1993. He then received his LL.B. in 1998, from the University of New Brunswick. Bob was admitted to the Nova Scotia Bar in 1999.

Bob is a Partner and practices in the areas of Personal Injury Law, Insurance Law and Civil Litigation.  Bob is also the Chair of the firm’s Personal Injury Team and a member of the Management Committee.

Bob was selected by his peers as one of the Best Lawyers in Canada in since 2007.   He serves on the Board of Fairview Family Resource Centre.  He is Co-Chair of the Canadian Mental Health Association Board of Directors, also Past President of the Halifax Grammar School Alumni and served on their Board of Governors. He recently became Beaver Leader with his son’s Beaver Colony.
