Gordon Proudfoot, Q.C. is one of our senior litigators with over 30 years of experience in all levels of Court including the Supreme Court of Canada. He has a national reputation, having been elected President of the Canadian Bar Association in 1996.

Mr. Proudfoot has extensive Plaintiff and Defence Counsel experience on insurance, media, personal injury, professional negligence, property and commercial litigation matters with more than 130 reported cases. Gordon is listed in Best Lawyers in Canada 2011 Edition.
