Don practices Corporate Law, Commercial and Residential Real Estate.
Corporate Law
Don's practice involves advising public and private companies with respect to mergers and acquisitions, amalgamations and continuances and corporate finance transactions, as well as advising on general corporate matters.
Commercial Real Estate
Don is involved in all aspects of commercial real estate and provides legal services to a broad range of clients, including investors, developers, lenders and private equity managers. His primary focus areas include structuring and negotiating acquisitions, land development, financing, commercial leasing and dispositions.
Community Involvement
Don gives his time to a number of charities and community initiatives. He is a Co-Chair of the Nova Scotia Gambia Association. Don sits on the organizing committee for The Gallivan Cystic Fibrosis Charity Golf Tournament and was a volunteer with Halifax Connects.
