DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES - We are seeking an experienced HR Director who will work alongside senior management and be responsible for managing our non-professional staff to support the continued growth and success of the firm.

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for recruitment, staffing, performance management and improvement systems, employee training and development, and compensation and benefits administration.

The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning and development, employee relations, training and development.  The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, along with ten plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.  A CHRP certificate is an asset.

Opportunities for Support Staff

MARKETING & EVENTS COORDINATOR (April 2012 - July 2013)

We are looking to hire an experienced, enthusiastic and organized Marketing & Events Coordinator.  The ideal candidate will have marketing & event planning experience within a professional office environment and be a social media junkie.  The core duties and responsibilities of this position include:

• Working with the Marketing Committee and Executive Director to assist with the development and implementation of firm-related marketing strategies
• Maintaining up-to-date and detailed records related to all marketing and promotional products
• Coordinating all firm-related events
• Assistance with RFP responses
• Coordinating the design and production of marketing materials
• Working closely with our graphic & brand designers, website developers and Social Media Committee
Required skills & knowledge:
• University or college diploma in marketing/public relations, together with several years’ of experience within a professional office environment
• High degree of attention to detail
• Proven experience in all aspects of the use of social media
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of enthusiasm, self-motivation and organization
• Must be a problem solver and have the ability to handle multiple deadlines
• Outstanding computer skills and in particular, advanced use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Photoshop
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
